Car Park ManagementBloomfield is committed to making your visit as hassle-free as possible.

Major sources of negative feedback we receive relate to abuse of dedicated parking spaces and to lack of space – even with around 2,000 free parking spaces.

To combat abuse of parking regulations and to make car parking more efficient and therefore easier for you we have brought in UKPC to manage parking within the Centre. Failure to comply with 4 simple regulations will lead to the issue of a parking fee of £60 (rising to £100 if not paid within 14 days).

Vehicle owners will receive a ticket :-
  • Parking in disabled spaces without displaying a valid Blue Badge*;
  • Parking in Parent & Child spaces when not accompanied by a child of 3 years old or under;
  • Unnecessarily taking up more than one parking space**
  • Parking for more than 4 hours***
If for any reason you feel unable to comply with these regulations please speak to a member of Centre Staff on the mall or by calling 9127 0797.

* If you have a valid Blue Badge but for some reason do not display it – on the first occasion you can appeal the Ticket enclosing a photocopy of both sides of your badge and the fee will be waived. On subsequent occasions a £15 administration fee will be charged.

** We know some lorries, vans and vehicles with trailers need more than one space;

***Please note that this is supposed to combat miss-use of our car park by Centre Staff (who have their own dedicated parking areas) and Park ‘n Riders. It is not to stop you spending 3 hours in the gym followed by 2 hours of shopping so if you need more time please just inform a member of Centre Staff.

Accessibility
