1. The Promoter is Bloomfield Shopping Centre, Bangor.
2. The Agency is MXB, 355 – 367 Lisburn Road, Belfast, County Antrim, BT9 7EP.
3. Entry is open to local non-sports clubs operating within a 20-mile radius of Bloomfield Shopping centre
4. Employees of Bloomfield Shopping Centre, MXB and 3rd Party agencies are not eligible to enter.
5. By entering, you agree to be contacted by the Promoter or Agency about the competition and for the Promoter or Agency to use the information submitted for any purpose in connection with the promotion.
6. Registration will open on Thursday 19th October 2019 on Bloomfield Shopping Centre Website. Applicants must complete all fields in order to be considered for application to the Community Challenge. Final 10 groups participating on the mall will be awarded on a first come first serve basis.
7. The Promoter and Agency reserve the right to request verification of the entrant groups details before a position in the final 10 can be provided. In the event that an entrant does not provide verification of details or meet the criteria the Promoter reserves the right to choose the next alternative winner that has submitted an application.
8. By accepting a place in the final 10 groups, the club is agreeing they will be able to provide a team of 5 club members, over the age of 16, who are willing and able to participate on the day and willing to have their photo taken for use on social media.
9. The prize for the group which receives the most points on the day is a sponsorship payment of £2,000 for their group. This prize is non-transferable. No purchase necessary.
10. All prizes will be allocated at the discretion of the Promoter and first prize must be transferred into a team or club bank account – not a personal account of any team member.
11. The Promoter and the Agency accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry or in making any arrangements for receipt of the prize.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or end this competition without prior notice in the event that circumstances make this unavoidable.
